This Refund Policy outlines your rights regarding billing, subscriptions, and refunds in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations and German commercial standards. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal & Digital Services Exception

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. However, for digital content and subscription services delivered electronically, this right expires once performance has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgment that you lose your withdrawal right.

By activating your account and granting access to our AI generation tools, you explicitly consent to immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right, as permitted by German and EU law.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: Inability to access or use core platform features due to verified system outages or account provisioning errors lasting more than 48 hours.
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect subscription tiers applied, or unauthorized transactions clearly attributable to our payment processing systems.
  • Service Non-Delivery: Failure to receive purchased credits, add-ons, or enterprise licenses after successful payment confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Subscription fees for any period where the service was actively available and accessible.
  • AI-generated outputs, code, or assets that do not meet subjective expectations, as generation is dependent on user prompts and configurations.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or fraudulent activity.
  • Unused credits, tokens, or add-ons that have expired according to their stated validity period.

4. Subscription & Billing Terms

  • All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled prior to renewal.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except where required by applicable law.
  • Annual plans may include a discounted rate. Early cancellation of annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund based on unused months, subject to review.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact our support team with the following:

  • Your registered email address and account ID
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • Clear description of the issue and supporting evidence (screenshots, error logs, etc.)

We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the decision via email.

6. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Once issued, refunds are non-reversible.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage resolving billing issues directly with our support team before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, loss of access to projects, and reporting to payment processors in accordance with anti-fraud regulations.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or platform changes. Material updates will be communicated via email or in-platform notice at least 14 days prior to enforcement. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
